Fresh & Co Preliminary Injunction Against Former Franchisee

Jeffrey I. Carton of Denlea & Carton LLP represented Fresh Franchise LLC, franchisor of Fresh & Co restaurants, in an action against a terminated Yonkers franchisee and its principals.
