About Supercited
Supercited was created by Memetic Consulting, drawing on more than 23 years of legal marketing experience across Mass Torts, Class Actions, Injury Torts, Intellectual Property, Whistleblower and Qui Tam matters, Family Law, and other legal practice areas.
For most of that time, law firm websites have been built for one primary audience: the potential client visiting the site.
That still matters.
But today, there is another audience making sense of a law firm long before a prospective client ever reaches its website: AI systems, search engines, and recommendation algorithms.
Legal Experience Is Often Hard for Machines to Understand
A human visitor
A human visitor can read a case-result page, scan a lawyer biography, follow a few links, and understand that an attorney has handled a particular kind of matter.
AI systems
AI systems work differently.
The information they need is often scattered across:
- Attorney biographies
- Case-result pages
- Court records
- Dockets and judicial opinions
- News articles
- Government records
- PDFs
- Press releases
- Settlement notices
- Other websites and databases
The underlying legal experience may be significant, but the evidence proving it can be fragmented across dozens of sources.
Supercited brings that evidence together.
One Matter. One Structured Record.
A Verified Matter consolidates the important elements of a legal result into a structured, source-backed public record.
That can include:
Attorney Law Firm Practice Area Case Type Legal Issues Court Client Result Supporting Sources
Instead of requiring an AI system to reconstruct the entire story from scattered pages and documents, Supercited provides a concise record connecting the people, facts, legal issues, outcome, and underlying evidence.
The goal is simple: make proven legal experience easier to discover, understand, verify, and cite.
Your Website Still Serves the Client
The law firm website
A law firm’s website should persuade a human visitor.
It should explain the firm’s approach, introduce its attorneys, communicate its experience, and help a prospective client decide whether to make contact.
Supercited
Supercited doesn’t replace that.
It serves a different function.
While the law firm website tells the firm’s story, Supercited creates a structured evidence layer that helps machines quickly understand the legal work behind that story.
The two can work together.
Moving Beyond a Self-Published Case Result
A case result published only on a law firm’s own website is valuable, but it is also inherently self-published marketing material.
Supercited adds another layer.
Verified Matters are researched from supporting sources, reviewed by humans working with Supercited, and confirmed by one or more attorneys involved in the matter.
Where available, the record connects directly to court documents, government records, judicial opinions, reputable reporting, and other supporting evidence.
That does not make Supercited an arbiter of every disputed fact in a legal matter.
It does create something materially different from a standalone marketing claim: a structured record with identifiable provenance and supporting sources.
Built for How Legal Research Is Changing
People are increasingly asking AI systems questions that once began with a traditional search:
- Who has handled cases like mine?
- Which attorneys have experience with this specific issue?
- Who has represented plaintiffs in this type of dispute?
- Which firms have obtained results involving this product, injury, claim, or industry?
These questions can be extraordinarily specific.
The more specific the question becomes, the more valuable structured evidence becomes.
Supercited is built to help connect an attorney’s actual experience to those highly specific searches.
The Goal
For attorneys
The goal is to make meaningful past work more visible and retrievable when AI systems are trying to identify relevant legal experience.
For people using AI chat to research legal representation
The goal is to provide stronger, source-backed information that helps them understand why a particular attorney or law firm may be relevant to their situation.
Better evidence for the machines. Better information for the person asking the question.
That is what Supercited is building.
